All items are handmade by "just" me and are sewn with the utmost care and attention to all the details using the finest quality materials available.

Due to the "staining" and appearance of each individual piece of work, no two will ever be alike. This is what ensures a special "one of a kind" quality for each item.

Item Availability - Stitcheries

All of my stitcheries are hand-stitched, framed, completed and shipped as quickly as possible. If I should have the completed stitchery in my inventory, I will ship it within 72 hours of receiving your order.

*** Some of my stitcheries are done from other designers patterns, therefore as per the request of the designer, I will only stitch a certain number of that specific pattern. Then it will be removed from my shoppe and no longer available.

Item Availability - Dolls 'n Such

Most, (but not all) of my raggedies, snowmen and other "critters" will have an inventory limit and you will be unable to order more that what I have available in stock at the time of your order.

This is due to fabric availability (some items are made from pieces that I have had for years); length of time it takes to make certain items, and some items will no longer be made when the inventory is depleted.

If, you should like to order more than is available at the time, please email me and I will let you know if it is possible to make more before you place your order.

Frames

All my stitcheries are framed by me using a unique framing style that I created and have developed over time.

Each stitchery is wrinkle free, professionally stretched and attached directly to the frame. I DO NOT use tape, since eventually tape becomes brittle and your stitchery will begin to sag and wrinkle.

All frames are made from 1/4 inch thick by 1-1/2 inch wide solid pine. This lets me create all the unique size stitcheries that Wandering Whimsies has become known for.

The total thickness of a frame is approximately 1/2 inch (including the backing).

These frames are very thin and lightweight allowing your stitchery to be displayed just about anywhere in your home.

All frames are backed with 3/16 inch thick wood and have been completely sealed with a matte finish. A hanger is included.

My framed stitchery does not contain glass in the frame.

Ordering Information

All check-outs and payments are done through Paypal's secure server.

You DO NOT need a Paypal account in order to pay through their secure payment system. (just scroll to the bottom of the paypal screen at checkout/payment processing.)

Money Orders/Checks: You may pay with a check or money order. Payment is expected within 7 days of your order. Mail your payment and a copy of your order to:

**** If payment is not received within 7 days - your order will be cancelled and the items put back in inventory.**** Your order will be completed and shipped upon receipt and clearance of payment.

* I do not accept credit card information over the phone, as this does not provide a secure system for your financial information. Credit cards are accepted through Paypal's secure system -- even if you do not have a paypal account.

Shipping

All prices include shipping to US and Canadian addresses.

International orders will incur a nominal shipping charge.

Returns

I believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know!

Every effort has been made to provide detailed information on each item, including color, size, etc. Please contact me with any questions you may have about an item.

Email me within 3 days of receipt of your item (no item will be accepted for return without prior approval). Please provide the reason for wanting to return the order and any specific details. I will provide you with a replacement or a shoppe credit upon receiving the item back.

Damaged Items

All items are securely packed before they are shipped. But, sometimes, items do get damaged in transit.

In the unlikely event that any item arrives damaged:

- save all packaging that the item arrived in.

- contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

- I will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item. (return postage will not be re-imbursed.)

- upon receipt of the item, I will provide you with a replacement item, a shoppe credit or a refund.

Special Requests on listed items

Just send me an email with your request. I can change stitching colors, add names, phrases, etc., and change the frame color without a problem or a lengthy delay in the shipping time.
