Wholesale Information

**No reselling/listing on Ebay or Etsy and/or similiar websites.**
You may sell on your individually maintained website which is directly related to your "brick & mortar" store and local craft shows or craft malls in your area. :)
**Proper credit to Wandering Whimsies is required on all items, unless private labeling has been initiated with your order.
*There is a minimum 1st order requirement of $200.00 for US customers. $150.00 for international customers.
*There is no required minimum re-order amount. You may order one item or numerous items in subsequent orders based on the needs of your shop.
*Private labeling available. Request "your store" private labels when submitting information for wholesale access. This will not be included automatically.
*You will be added to our wholesale newsletter list to receive product updates 2 - 3 times per year.
If you would like to apply for wholesale access, email: belinda[at!]wandering-whimsies.com . Please include:
- the name of your business,
- website address (if applicable)
- your valid state sales Tax ID#, (EIN numbers are not acceptable)
- contact person's name
- physical address of your 'brick and mortar' store and mailing address (if different),
- phone number,
- your business email address. (an email address is required for log-in access).
Terms of agreement for Wholesale Orders
* A copy of one or more of these listed documents needs to be on file with me before wholesale access will be validated and work on orders initiated:
--Your current valid Vendor's/Reseller's License
--Your current valid Tax Exemption Certificate
--Your current valid Sales Tax permit
--A valid resale certificate - if required by your state
--or a copy of the current document stating that you collect state sales tax which is issued by your state's taxation or revenue office.
Note: All information submitted is verified with the appropriate state's taxation or revenue office.

If, after 1 month, a copy of your tax document has not been received, your request for wholesale access will be deleted and you will need to reapply, if interested, in the future.

*Payments may be made with major credit cards and through PAYPAL's secure online system; company checks, money orders or cashier’s check for mail-in orders.
*There will be a $35.00 fee charged for all returned company checks, in addition to any other fees collected through X-exchange.
*All orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, if your order is cancelled for any reason after 5 days.

*Shipping is done through the U. S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Large orders will ship via UPS. Single item and small item orders will ship via USPS.
To calculate shipping: In the cart, you will see a drop down box - select U.S, Customer. - US wholesale accounts have shipping included in pricing.
--- International wholesale customers including Canada will receive a shipping invoice once I have calculated shipping. This invoice is required to be paid within 5 days of receipt.
Insurance is automatically added to the first $100.00 on all UPS orders.
I will cover the additional cost on UPS shipments and the cost of insurance on USPS shipments.
*Shipping Times: Most wholesale orders are shipped within 3 - 4 weeks of your order (with a possible additional 1 to 2 weeks during July through mid-December - the fall/holiday season). Please keep this in mind when placing your orders.
Shipping times on each order will vary due to the types of items ordered, amount of items ordered, items currently available in inventory, etc.

*Returns: If you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it for store credit or refund within 3 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in the original container, and all original packaging material must be included. PLEASE inspect your order upon receipt, and contact me immediately concerning any problems or discrepancies.
*Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged in shipping, etc., you can ship it back to me (using the original packing, if possible) and I will very happily provide a replacement, refund or a store credit once I receive the returned item.
